Kotinos Project successfully participated in Agrotica 2024

The 30th anniversary AGROTICA Agricultural Machinery, Equipment & Supplies International Trade Fair was completed with great success, as it attracted more than 150,000 visitors and 1800 exhibitors from 17 countries, while it hosted dozens of side events.

The Kotinos project could not be absent from such an exhibition, as a large number of its visitors could potentially be interested in the project and its results.

The stand of NEUROPUBLIC (Stand 28, Pavilion 2, Top Floor), coordinator of the Kotinos project, provided informational materials, such as the project’s roll up banner, which was located centrally to the stand, and the trifold leaflet, which was distributed to interested visitors.

Olives were the highlight at the NEUROPUBLIC stand, as two small olive trees with the new gaiaTRAP electronic olive fruit fly traps by NEUROPUBLIC attracted visitors, mainly olive growers. Stand visitors had the opportunity to learn about the innovative gaiaTRAP olive fruit fly trap, and the Kotinos project and its actions.

A large number of visitors learned about the project and were very interested in its results, especially how they can achieve a reduction in production costs (which has increased in recent years) and a reduction in the environmental footprint of their cultivation through the implementation of smart farming tools.
